Doom 3's "Console Exclusive" 2 player Coop mode does not return in BFG edition, making it a Single Player ONLY Campaign. Halo Reach section runs as near lag free as Reach does, being the same engine, and is definitely the strong point of the game's Online features.ĭoom 3 BFG - U Doom and Doom 2 have both splitscreen and online 4 player coop and multiplayer just as they do on Arcade, but the netcode is laggy, similar to Halo CEA Coop, which makes it less than enjoyable to play. LAN is a clear upgrade, however online Coop is laggy, and does little to support the game. Halo CEA - Splitscreen is still available as an option for Coop, as well as LAN and Online as new features. Winner: Halo CEA definitely took the cake in this department. New Flashlight mechanic, now similar to Halo CE's "toggle" flashlight with energy bar.
